Now the nights are drawing in we went up to the lakes armed with a few extra lights to do some lanes at night. We only managed a couple of easy lanes and Breasthigh road. By the time we got to breasthigh it was pitch black, blowing a gale and throwing it down with rain, perfect! Tony & Debbie came in their Suzuki Jimny while the disco is off the road, which coped very well on the slippery rocks. Heated seats came in useful again with the temperature outside being about 3 degrees with quite a few gates to open. We spent more time trying to find somewhere to get something to eat, better take somebutties and a flask next time.
